The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not be permitted for products which have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications (model, colour, material…) or clearly customized (name, logo…), or for those products that have been purchased in the Loco Clothing section .
For other products, the customer has the power to withdraw from this contract without being required to indicate reasons and/or pay any penalty, within the term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In the event that the consumer wants to withdraw from the purchase of the product or contracting the service, he can use the withdrawal form (this form can be found in the following section) to communicate his decision to the seller.
The purchase must be returned with all its parts. In any case, for reasons of hygiene, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and seal and with all its accessories.

The refund of all payments received for the purchase, will be made within 14 calendar days following the acceptance of the withdrawal. The refund will be processed through the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods. We will not refund used or manipulated products.

Personalised products or products made to order are not subject to exchange, return or cancellation. Personalized products are those manufactured at the request of the buyer (model, material, color…), those in which a name or logo is added, or those that require an assembly that alter the original qualities of the product. Clothing purchased through Loco Clothing is also considered a personalized product and does not admit any exchanges, returns or cancellations.
To request a product change, the customer must contact customer service within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. For reasons of health and hygiene will not be accepted products that have been unsealed or used after delivery, so that they must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were received.
If the new product has a higher price than the original one, the client must assume the difference. On the other hand, if the price of the new product is lower, the reimbursement will always be done in the form of gift vouchers for future purchases.
However, if the buyer receives an erroneous, defective, or does not meet the quality standards, he must report, as soon as it has knowledge of it, or at the latest, before the course of 14 calendar days after receipt of the product to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this has been carried out correctly, its replacement process will have begun.
The customer must carry out a detailed inspection of the printed products in 3D, as they may come with faults or errors. It is important to check the products before handling them. If you consider that the product does not meet the original order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. In the event that you fail to exercise this control or decide to use a non-conforming product, you disclaim any liability to Loconoise for the possible consequences of using this product.
In such cases (defects, loss or damage), we will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. Accordingly, we will collect and/or replace the defective or missing product with an identical product, with no additional cost to the customer. In order to carry out this process, you will be asked to provide proof of the state of the wrong item by sending a photograph or any other information required.
If the error or defect is caused by the transport company, the buyer must report the incident to the seller immediately. In addition, he should leave an entry of the incident to the carrier. Any issue related to the transport company should be notified within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Should the error or defect appear after the handling of the product by the customer, money will not be refunded. Some of our products have to be cut and assembled for their correct functioning and, during this process, the customer may damage the product irreversibly. Therefore, if customer wishes to ask for a return or change, marks of use, or marks of cutting, sanding or bolting cannot be appreciated in its different parts.
The customer must indicate us the request number and we will tell him exactly all the steps to follow. we are pleased to inform you that exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if they have not been previously reported by the means indicated.
Loconoise ensures that printed models must comply with requested model standards. The manufacturer will choose their construction orientation. Products cannot be returned for printing orientation reasons.
For production reasons, products may have small visual differences. These differences may be inherent to the 3D print production technology that make each part unique and will never be considered a production fault.
These products are specially designed to be manipulated and assembled by the customer. We have made a detailed video tutorial which can be found on the “DIY Tutorial” page.
Once the 3d product is received it must be checked by the customer before starting the manipulation. We didn’t found 3D printed mistakes while prototyping, but there could always be a mistake. If you consider there is any defect please contact us immediately. You have 14 days after product delivery to contact us. If the product has been manipulated, the client accept the parts and renounces the replacement. We might claim the defect parts for analysis and further research.
The customer will have 4 weeks after receipt of the product, to claim for those defective or poorly printed products that have been purchased in Loco Clothing.
Cancellations will not be accepted for customised products or products that may require assembly.
For the rest of the products, and in the event that the order has not been shipped yet, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and without giving any reason, by contacting the following email address as soon as possible: email@example.com.
On the contrary, if the order has left our warehouse, we will have to wait to receive it of return and, once the reception has been confirmed, we will refund you (no shipping cost will be refunded). A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Loconoise reserves the right to revoke and/or modify (part of) an order confirmation for technical reasons. Loconoise’s liability to you for actual and proven damages, regardless of the severity of the fault, shall be limited to the price of the product directly related to the reason for the claim. All other liability of Loconoise, such as consequential loss, other losses and indirect losses as a result of third party liability, is excluded.
